I make it sound like an epic event, which it is! Too bad I don’t have Qydah’s awesome blogging powers to write this post in detail. Pretty much, the text will be my version of the Programme of Activities we had. I realize that I spent most of the time with Qydah, Raudhah and Naj, which is awesome.

Saturday 5th April



- Arrived at the hotel
- Had dinner with Qydah, Raudhah and Naj at Fish&Co
- Went back to the hotel, felt tired and tired to sleep at around 11ish
- Eventually woke up again at 1am, stayed up more
- Sooner or later, I fell back to sleep

Sunday 6th April



- Woke up at 7 something, had breakfast (which was not so good)
- Went to around KK for Geography (although I don’t do it) data collection, and introduction to our IA work
- Lunch at Burger King
- Back at the hotel, freshened up
- Classroom session, handling the data we collected and stuff
- Went places and dinner at Secret Recipe with Qydah, Raudhah and Naj
- Had the most awesome spaghetti +meatballs but a not-so-awesome SOUR lime drink

Monday 7th April



- Woke up at 7 something again, had a slightly better breakfast
- Went to Tanjung Aru beach for Geography and Biology data collection, and introduction to our Maths IA
- Pop Mie lunch with Qydah, Raudhah and Naj
- Talk by the Tourism Board, very long and tedious. Although funny at the end bits
- Went places with Qydah, Raudhah and Naj
- Bought contacts, grey
- Broke my contacts virginity on this day, lol
- Had dinner at a seafood restaurant with Qydah, Raudhah, Naj, Adam, Akmal, Adib and Fauzi
- The bill was fucking huge at 413RM (Sorry Akmal.. :P)
- Had to pack up everything for the move to Asia Ability the next day
- A very interesting poker game starring Isa

Tuesday 8th April



- Transferred to Asia Ability at around 9
- Free time until the afternoon, familiarizing myself with the place
- Started the community service project afterwards
- Renovated the kampong’s school
- Paint, wood, dust, thinner, 100 Plus, sun block
- Paint all over me
- It’s all good
- Was in the presence of the largest cow-shit on the face of the earth
- Larger than the size of a man’s head
- A very tiring day
- First night out in the hammock
- Dog’s howl in the night
- At first it was creepy
- Then started to annoy me

Wednesday 9th April



- Continued renovating the school
- Finishing touches
- Cowardly dogs
- Added more paint on myself
- Witnessed a duel between Omar and a dog
- An even more tiring day
- Wasn’t very amiable
- Felt much better at night
- The Mountain climbers arrived
- Funny stories
- A great night

Thursday 10th April



Yeah this is a very random picture of me, doesn't represent what I did throughout the day at ALL.

- Morning till afternoon: Mountain Biking
- Did NOT like it
- Except going downhill
- Omar squealed like a girl because of a fake snake
- Taught Qydah how to ride a bike
- Succeeded
- She nearly got run over and fell several times
- Eventually, she joined team 3 (mountaineers) with the school
- I felt really proud of her, still do
- Always will
- After lunch till 3-5: White water rafting
- Awesome experience
- Beverly’s birthday
- Asia Ability person I think
- Bonfire
- Bamboo dance
- We will rock you
- Awesome wood beats

Friday 11th April



- Left Asia Ability
- Transferred to the hotel
- Met up and caught up with Team 2
- Who went to Sandakan/Sukau since Tuesday
- Lunch at Bella Italia
- Awesome Italian Food
- Saddening day
- ‘Cause it’s the last day in KK (say it out loud)
- Arrived home
- Treated with more Italian goodness
- Pizza
- Bed-time

That’s it! Very concise though, the picture albums tell more stories.

OK. It's been nearly two weeks since I've updated this site. I've been too busy/lazy lately.

KK was the best friggin trip ever.

I'm thinking of starting a Guitar club at school for my initiative CAS project.

I've abandoned Toddler Group, thus abandoning Aqil on Wednesdays.. =P

Jazz Club has been on hiatus for AGES. It got cancelled AGAIN today.

I MUST sleep as early as I can tonight =|

Stupid MyImportStore order has taken LONG ENOUGH. I cancelled it on Sunday, and got the refund yesterday. I'm eyeing on something ELSE now. Although, I still want two of the things I tried to get from that site and it looks like I have to use Afnan's way of ordering stuff..

Quite a morbid name for a song, but it's death metal anyway. I'm packing the stuff I need for KK right now. Speaking of KK, it's in LESS than two days! I'm very excited about this trip. It would be perfect if we didn't need to work on our IAs there. It should be wicked nonetheless. The guys are sort of forcing me to bring my laptop, since I have the biggest one (sexual innuendo unintended). Roslee says we'll organize a South Park marathon. Lets see about all this, shall we?

I checked the number of times I went to Toddler group today, and I've only gone for 5 sessions! At least it's 10 hours off the total 50. All those weeks of Squash training have gone down the drain, because I didn't record it. I need to find a proper action thing to commit myself to every week.

There's more to write about (I think), should update later I hope.
