i am ill Monday, February 25, 2008 |

Something was clearly not right with the food I got at ICC today. I think I have been food poisoned. Likely that I received the odd one out from the batch. I am barfing and have diarrhea. Its not a nice sight seeing me like this. So I don't encourage you to think too much of how sick I am. My mouth feels weird now, going to barf.

(I apologize for the graphic nature invoked from this post)

huzzah! Monday, February 18, 2008 |

Well, I finally found the right styling for me. Not only that, I found the right way to style it. This is through not missing any part of my hair with this:
It's Matt Clay, I kept it ever since coming back from the UK. I also bought it there. I assume that any other product which has relatively the same kind of feel would do the same effect to my hair. So far, It's lasting quite well. However, I haven't tested it out for a day in school/outing yet. I might really need that hair spray, but still need to test this out properly before I make a rash decision and waste my money. Matt clay is pretty hard stuff though, it should handle the daily winds. Not farts, please. OOO! I could simulate daily winds using the hair dryer! Heehee :D

Since some of you are curious of how I look like now, here's a few pictures of me playing around with my hair. I need a lightweight hairspray to keep it up, I did this style earlier and now its flat as a pancake >.<

retard. :O

Ok, so that was when I JUST styled it.

Here's after going out, tells you why I need hairspray to keep it up

another retard.

suspense Saturday, February 16, 2008 |

So today, I un-permed my hair.
At first I was shocked at how short the hairdresser cut it.
I'm trying out a different drying technique right now and will see how it looks like later.
No pictures yet, hehe.
I'm relieved that I can take care of my hair much easier now.
My hair's naturally straight and thin, I looked like Arif before they cut my hair after straightening.
Looked cool, but didn't suit me much.
Plus, I hardly ever wear my metal band shirts at all nowadays.
Although my liking for metal will never change.
Caution: if you think my hair makes me look like an Emo, go fuck yourself because my hair's straight by nature (as aforementioned) ¬_¬

Thanks for motivating me earlier, you're awesome for being everywhere for me =)
Because you're always here, in my heart.. and always there for me..

No, not money. As in, what's current? An unconventional way of putting things I'd say.

So what has been going on lately? Too much, to form proper flowing sentences in paragraphs from. So I'll keep this blog post light and condensed:

- I love her

- Changing my hairstyle, so expect a name change to this blog (including URL)

- Not that I purely base my blog names on how my hair is like

- Just started ITGS IAs.. Seems intimidating at first, I was seriously not in the mood and physical condition (sleepy) to be introduced to such hectic material

- Qydah lost her pen drive at school, or did you forget to bring it from school?

- Don't worry dear, try calling on Saturday and see if you can get access to the room

- I'm always present wherever you go, because I leave paw prints on your heart... and I'm always in them

Is everything a baited hook?
And are there locks on all doors?
If you're looking for an open book,
Look no further, I am yours.

So come outside and walk with me
We'll try each other on, see if we fit
And with our roots become a tree
To shade what we make under it.

incubus Sunday, February 3, 2008 |

I'm listening to Incubus again, still awesome as before and I'd say even more so now. I'm mostly listening to the S.C.I.E.N.C.E and Light Grenades albums since I didn't have those last time. Brandon Boyd's vocals are perfect in any situation in their music, regardless of which album you take into account.

They've gone through a lot of changes in musical style over the years, by each album. I'll highlight how mellow they've become in chronological order.

Fungus Amongus, Psychedelic Funk Metal/Hardcore with occasional aggressive vocals. Aptly put, the solos in this album amongst the best I've ever heard. So what if it's not uber shred?

S.C.I.E.N.C.E, similar to Fungus Amongus but even heavier, added more DJ antics and less weird/psychedelic with a more Jazz feel on songs like Summer Romance. Deep Inside shows a nice blend of their Jazz efforts and hardcore/metal approach and the solo is freaking awesome! It shows them branching out a bit more.

Make Yourself, a more versatile album which explores really mellow characteristics like Drive to heavier (but not as much as the two early albums) stuff like Privilege.

Morning View, similar to Make Yourself but with a a shifting balance between mellow and heaviness. They've kept the same kind of heaviness in some songs like Nice to Know You.

A Crow Left of the Murder, a mellower album than the rest containing really laid-back tunes like Talk Shows On Mute to not-as-heavy songs like Megalomaniac.

Light Grenades, more sophisticated and intricate than the rest of the albums. Anna Molly displays a very melodic side to them. I'd have to say that this is their most emotional album to date. Lets hope they don't over do the emotional bit in albums yet to come.

~Btw, you don't have to be so easily moved by such things like dreams and happenings. What's real is what that matters... On the other hand, you should make your dreams by yourself and make them true =)
